Plans to build a block of 17 apartments next to the old Corn Mill in South Street, Bourne, have been approved.

South Kesteven District Council gave the thumbs up to Bailey Builders’ application last week.

Permission for 18 apartments was granted in 2007 but the recession put work on hold and a new plan was devised.
