New speed camera installed on Ryhall Road in Stamford, Lincolnshire

Stamford has a new speed camera to enforce a 30mph limit on one of its busiest roads.

The new camera replaces the original forward-facing Truvelo camera on Ryhall Road, near to the retail park containing Sainsbury's, Lidl, Argos and Halfords.

It is not yet known whether the new camera can capture speeding in both directions along the stretch of road, although many new speed cameras are designed to do this.
