Rutland Charcuterie owner Nick Brake opens The Hare and Hog deli and cafe at Oakham Enterprise Park
Following on from the success of Rutland Charcuterie, Nick Brake has opened The Hare and Hog -a new style charcuterie deli and café on the Oakham Enterprise Park on the outskirts of Oakham.
Rutland Charcuterie, based in Braunston, is leading the way in promoting British charcuterie, and Nick is proud to supply Harrods and Fortnum and Masons.
But as the business expanded Nick missed making his full range of meats which he used to sell every week at local markets when the business first started.
