Another vehicle, a Honda FR-V on the other side of the carriageway, was also stopped.

The men have all been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in custody at Thorpe Wood Police Station in Peterborough.

Anyone who has dash-cam footage of the incident should call Cambridgeshire Police on 101 and quote incident 3 of October 17.
