Oakham Art Group is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year with an exhibition.

The group, which started with just three people and now has a membership of 26, meets weekly on Monday afternoons between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at Voluntary Action Rutland.

To celebrate the achievement, the members are exhibiting some of their work at The Barn restaurant in Oakham throughout June, and will enjoy a private party there later this month.

The group is very active and holds regular exhibitions at both Stamford Arts Centre and Victoria Hall in Oakham.

Members have also had commissions, including for The Captain Noel Newton in Oakham.
