Pupils from Oakham School have been giving up their time to help elderly people learn how to use their laptops and tablets.

The pupils have been giving up an hour of their own time each week to hold the sessions on behalf of Age UK.

Lisa Jackson, from Age UK, said the sessions, which have been held on Mondays and Fridays, have proved very popular with the residents of Rutland.

Lisa said the pupils plan to continue running sessions next year.

Anyone interested in going on the waiting list for next year should contact Lisa on 01572 770324 with their details.

All you need to attend is your own laptop or tablet and time. All sessions are free to attend.
