Mary Potter

THE funeral service for Mary Potter, of Welland Mews, Stamford, took place at Christ Church, Stamford, Deacon Jane Calderin officiating. Julia Lamb was organist.

Mrs Potter, a retired cook, died at Peterborough City Hospital, aged 81.

She was a member of Christ Church, Stamford, and enjoyed dressmaking and baking.

She leaves her widower Arthur and daughters Ann and Joyce.

Family mourners included Arthur Potter, Ann and David Brown, Joyce and Tony Phillips, Gordon and Yvonne Smith.
