One Touch Football hands over £5,489 to Seb Goold Trust
The proceeds of a football match and charity day have been handed over to the parents of a youngster injured in a coach accident.
More than 400 people attended the event held in March to see One Touch footballers take on Peterborough United players to raise money for the Seb Goold Trust, which aims to buy a prosthetic leg for Seb, from Wansford, who fell from a moving coach more than a year ago.
The event raised £5,489 and Scott McKenzie, from One Touch Football, thanked everyone who helped raise “such an amazing amount for this great little lad”.
Seb’s parents have set up a website so people can keep up-to-date with events and his recovery. The website is www.sebgooldtrust.co.uk.
