Two of the region’s marketing agencies have merged to form a single company offering a range of services.

Olsen Partnership, based in Ketton, near Stamford, and Peterborough-based Metrix Marketing are combining as OlsenMetrix Marketing.

The new business will retain both bases with its head office being Ketton.

The business’ combined heritage dates back to 1985. It counts the Larkfleet Group, Coloplast, Amey, Invest in the Heart of the South West LEP and Peterborough City Council among its wide range of public and private sector clients.

Richard Olsen, managing director of OlsenMetrix, said: “The two businesses share a common ethos in areas such as client service, professionalism, ‘going the extra mile’ and a strong focus on results.

“Bringing the two together allows us to offer clients a wider range of in-house skills and services, the capacity to take on larger projects and a huge amount of experience.”

Mike Holland, formerly managing director of Metrix Marketing and now a director of OlsenMetrix, said: “The complementary strengths of the two teams makes OlsenMetrix a true ‘one stop shop’ for marketing communications, allowing us to offer every client a tailored solution for its individual marketing needs.”

OlsenMetrix has a team of marketing professionals offering services from marketing strategy and planning through to website and graphic design, social media, advertising and a full portfolio of public and media relations activities.
