Photos from the Great Eastern Run 2019, cancelled due to suspicious activity described by a race official as a 'bomb threat at mile 11'

Today's Great Eastern Run in Peterborough attracted hundreds of runners from across the area - but was cancelled on the start line.

The 13-mile event had to be stopped because of 'suspicious activity' at mile 11, which a race official described as 'a bomb threat'. Police have since spoken on the issue.

Here are some images from the morning by photographer Terry Harris.
