Pigeon rescued from chimney in Oakham

Firefighters had to rescue a pigeon from a chimney in Oakham.

A crew was called to a home in John Street, Oakham, at about 11.40am on Thursday last week. A pigeon was stuck behind a fireplace.

Firefighters managed to set the pigeon free and return it to the wild.
