Plans for 66 village homes have been narrowly approved.

While plans for a housing development were previously rejected for land off Stapleford Road, in Whissendine, Rutland County Council’s planning committee voted through Muller Property Group’s latest proposal.

The outline application includes plans for up to 66 new homes and open space, with further details to be confirmed in the next stage of planning.
