Police appeal after 10 cars damaged in one night in Stamford street

Police are appealing for information after 10 parked cars were damaged in one night.

It happened on Tuesday last week (August 2) in Casterton Road, Stamford, where all the cars were parked.

All the vehicles deep scratching to paint work, which has led to a considerable amount of damage and cost to the owners.

A policeman spokesman said: “We are appealing for any information from members of the public that may have witnessed this ridicules and thoughtless crime.”

Witnesses should call police on 101, quoting incident 185 of August 3.
