Leicestershire Police attend hare coursing reports in Rutland and issue Fixed Penalty Notice




Police officers have attended a report of hare coursing.

Today (January 25) a farmer in Rutland spotted a vehicle in a field with dogs and reported the suspicious activity to Leicestershire Police.

Officers found the vehicle abandoned at the location but managed to catch up with a man who was interviewed and reported.

A fixed penalty notice was also given to the man for breaking Covid regulations.
