Police officers looking for a missing Lincolnshire woman have found a body.

Yesterday (Thursday, July 6) police issued an appeal to locate 53-year-old Joanne Lewis after concerns were raised about her welfare.

Later yesterday afternoon officers discovered a body in the River Welland in Stamford.

Police have not formally identified the body but believed it to be that of Joanne Lewis.
