Police warning on crime prevention in Market Deeping

Police out on routine burglary patrols in the Market Deeping area found six garage doors left open overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday.

As a result, people are being warned to take extra care when locking their homes, cars and outbuildings.

Patrols are also carrying out vehicle checks and one driver was asked to explain his reasons for being in the area before he was sent on his way.
