Time is running out for people to tell the Local Government Boundary Commission for England what they think of proposals for new council ward boundaries across South Kesteven.
The commission’s draft recommendations propose that South Kesteven District Council should have 56 councillors in the future, two fewer than the current arrangements.
The proposals will be finalised in March after the results of the public consultation have been looked at.
The public consultation closes on Monday, January 6.
Chairman of the commission Max Caller said: “We want to make sure ward boundaries across South Kesteven reflect the identities and interests of local communities as well as delivering electoral fairness for voters.
“This is your last chance to have your say before we finalise the recommendations.”
People can have their say directly by visiting consultation.lgbce.org.uk.
The recommendations and detailed maps are also available on the Commission’s main website at www.lgbce.org.uk/all-reviews/east-midlands/lincolnshire/south-kesteven-fer
