A supermarket could have its alcohol licence extended while a takeaway shop could have its removed.
Tesco has applied to add an extra three hours onto the premises licence for its store in Godsey Lane, Market Deeping.
The store wants a licence to sell alcohol from 6am to midnight, seven days a week.
South Kesteven District Council’s alcohol and entertainment licensing committee will consider the application on Friday.
Tesco says the new licence would only be used on particular occasions, such as late night Christmas shopping.
Councillors will also review the premises licence of Zorbas 4 in Broad Street, Stamford.
The review follows a Trading Standards inspection in May which found two bottles of counterfeit Smirnoff Vodka and five bottles of Extra Vodka with invalid duty stamps.
