Residents at Tixover House Care Home made some new four-legged friends thanks to a visit by Harringworth Manor Stables.

The stables brought a group of horses over to roam around the gardens of the Rutland home and meet residents.

Tixover House general manager, Ive Alexander, said: “We knew having them here would be fun for everyone, especially as some people find it difficult to go on outings in our minibus.
