Police appeal for information after robbers threaten shopkeeper at village shop in South Witham




Police are appealing for CCTV and dashcam footage following a robbery in South Witham.

At about 6pm yesterday (Monday, November 4), two men entered the village shop.

Both were described as slim and were wearing black hoodies with their faces covered.

They threatened the shopkeeper before stealing around £500 and cigarettes from the store. They left the store on foot at around 6.10pm.

Police said: "We would like anyone in the village who has CCTV footage, or any drivers who have dashcam footage from around this time on Monday, to contact us as it may help our investigation."
