Rutland County Council is supporting a new campaign which aims to encourage more people to become foster carers.

The council has joined forces with eight other local authorities in the East Midlands to launch the Space for a Child campaign, which got underway on Monday and will run for two weeks.

The campaign is being supported by a jointly commissioned television advert that centres on a family who have recently become foster carers.

For more information about becoming a foster carer call or e-mail enquiries@rutland.gov.uk.
