South Kesteven Citizens Advice Bureau has been awarded funding through the East Midlands Money Advice Contract to offer a self serve computer.

East Midlands Money Advice Contract fund the specialist money advice service offered at Stamford and Grantham.

The facility will be available in the Stamford bureau, in the High Street on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9.30am and 3pm and Fridays between 9.30am and 1.30pm.

Anyone who requires a computer to find the answer to an issue they may be facing, will be able to use the facility. They will also be able to use the Citizen Advice website and other information sites.

Advice services manager Amy Parish said the bureau was also still offering face to face appointments for specialist advice.

She said: “We are trying to make many positive changes going forward to improve our clients journey as well as our location and resources.”

If anyone is unable to access the bureau they can access telephone advice 03444 111 444 or visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
