Service of thanksgiving to mark Victory over Japan Day

The Stamford branch of The Royal British Legion will host a service of thanksgiving at Stamford War Memorial this Sunday to mark Victory over Japan Day.

The service will start at 10.54am in Broad Street, Stamford. The service will include an introductory prayer, a two minute silence and the laying of wreaths.
