Share your views on experiences of health care

A local independent charity is appealing for patients and carers to come forward and share their experiences of the health care system in Lincolnshire.

St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice has joined forces with Lincolnshire West Clinical Commissioning Group to better understand patients’ and carers’ experience of health care.

A team of specially trained volunteers will gather feedback through face-to-face conversations.

Patient and carer conversations will take place in a location that is convenient to the participant.

Jane Blake, director of patient care at St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice said: “We are interested to discover what patients and carers really think about the services they have received.

“It is our duty as care providers to ensure that an individual’s experience of the health care system is a positive one.”

Anyone interested in sharing their experiences should contact Pippa on 01522 518221 or Family Support on 01522 518225.
