Film made in Bourne supports The Phoebe Research Foundation
New film Psychotastic Productions filmed short film Annual Review at the weekend at the Pilot Fish offices in Bourne.
Robert Haythorne best known for Waterloo Road and The Arbour and Julia Haworth best known for Coronation Street put on a powerful performance in this office based short film. Steven Arnold and Peter Kane directed whilst Zoe Crowson produced the film - all in aid of The Phoebe Research Trust.
Zoe, who founded the trust, said it was great to see professional actors at work and make everything look so effortless.
The film is about blackmail and deceit and was written by Carly Street and Peter Kane. There is a clever twist at the end which is what made the script so appealing to Psychotastic Productions.
The filming was supported by a host of local businesses, including Martha James, Nest Estates, Vape Monster UK, Premier Kitchens, Moore Thompson, Cloisters Bistro Stamford, Pilot Fish, Newton Fallowell, Rebecca Jones Makeup Artist, Oakwood Financial Services, The Ivy Lodge, Stamford, Lamberts, Stamford, The William Cecil Hotel, Stamford, Classic Stamford, Frothy’s Coffee Shop, Portess and Richardson Architects, The Pizza Parlour, Stamford Stoves, Olympic Marble, The Wicked Witch Ryhall, Marshall, Maserati.
Annual Review is now being edited and will then be entered into festivals, in a bid to raise awareness of the charity. Another film called Assisted is also in the pipeline.
