PEOPLE are being called to get on their bikes and raise money for charity.
Hundreds of cyclists are expected to cycle around the grounds of Rutland Water for One Big Bike Ride - an event that aims to raise funds for charity Loros.
The ride takes place on Sunday, April 29, and organisers are calling for people to sign up and take part.
Loros, the Leicestershire and Rutland hospice, aims to enhance the quality of life of patients with terminal illnesses, and provide support to their families.
Last year’s event raised more than £20,000 for the charity.
Cyclists can chose to ride either seven, 18 or 25 miles.
The event starts at 9.30am.
There will also be a barbecue and refreshments on the day, as well as goodie bags and medals for participants.
Registration is £5 for adults, £2.50 for children and £10 for a family ticket.
To take part, contact the Loros fundraising department on 0116 2318431.
