Bourne to Dance principal Denise Delieum said: “The Silver Swans programme from the Royal Academy of Dance is tailored to the needs of more mature learners, and also those who have limited mobility.”

“It is the best exercise for older learners as it’s gentle on the joints, and has been proven to improve balance, minimise falls and increase cognitive ability.

It’s also a brilliant social activity, helping to bring people together through their love of music and dance.”

The Silver Swans class is held at Bourne to Dance in Cherry Holt Road, Bourne, on Tuesdays at 11am. More information is available from Denise on 07854 952617.
