Sisters' concert by the Houndogs at Bourne Corn Exchange for Support Dementia

A concert by Oakham rock n rollers the Houndogs helped to raise £3,130 as part of two sisters' fundraising for Dementia Support South Lincs.

Michelle Born from Bourne and Marie Chessum from Pointon chose the charity because a close friend's dad has dementia and asked if they could help.

Michelle and Marie are well known for their fundraising efforts, and have booked the Houndogs for concerts before.

Michelle said: "We sold over 220 tickets in a matter of weeks. It was a sell out and a fantastic night as always. Thirty local businesses donated fantastic raffle prizes that made over £500, and we also had donated cakes that we auctioned. We thank everyone for their help."
