Former Mayor of Stamford Mike Exton backs the coronavirus vaccine programme in Stamford

A former mayor has praised staff giving the Covid-19 vaccines in Stamford in what he described as a ‘quick and easy’ process.
Mike Exton, who serves on Stamford Town Council and South Kesteven District Council attended his first Pfizer vaccine appointment at St Mary’s Medical Centre in Wharf Road, Stamford.
Now 80 years old, Coun Exton has undergone two kidney transplant operations and in March last year had a heart valve replacement.
