The Friary Coffee Shop at Stamford Hospital has had a makeover and is selling a new range of hot and cold tasty snacks.

The popular café area, situated near the main entrance to Stamford Hospital, now boasts new display counters and stands, new artwork and has been completely redecorated. In addition, there is now a wider range of hot snacks on offer.

Stamford Hospital matron and site manager, Sue Brooks, said: “We hope that our patients and visitors like the improved range of food available. Our staff have also given it the thumbs up!

“On behalf of the team at Stamford Hospital, I would like to thank ISS Catering Services for funding the upgrade, and the changes they made late last year to the in-house catering for patients on John Van Geest ward.”
