Meat stolen from M&S in High Street, Stamford




Meat to the value of £100 has been stolen yesterday (September 30) from Marks and Spencer in Stamford by a man with a Christmas bag for life.

The shoplifter entered the shop on High Street at about 10.10am and stole 30 steaks and bags of chicken breasts.

He then made off on a bicycle towards St George's Church.

The shoplifter was wearing trainers, blue jeans, a blue coat, had ginger hair and said to be in his late 30s.

He was around 5ft 8in tall and had a red Christmas 'bag for life' with him.

Anyone with information should call Lincolnshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 335 of September 30.
