Steps outlined on how Stamford will become part of the Plastic-Free Communities Project by Surfers Against Sewage

A group which aims to make Stamford the first plastic-free community in the East Midlands has held its first meeting.

Aled Pattinson chaired the meeting at Stamford Arts Centre’s Cellar Bar on Wednesday last week, attended by about 10 people.

He is leading the community campaign and outlined how he intended get the project going.
