SHELTERED housing residents worked together at a fundraising event.
Residents at Home took place at Clare Close in Stamford on Saturday and raised £308.
As well as a tombola and various stalls, visitors could take part in a name the bear competition, a raffle, face painting and a lottery.
Organiser Eunice James, who lives in the complex, praised the community for working together.
She said: “We would have got nowhere without our helpers. Chris and Rose Fielding have been absolute godsends helping out.
“The main thing is that the close has worked together to get it organised.
“My granddaughter came and did facepainting so it was a real family affair, and we are a family. You know everyone in the close and they are there if you want to talk to them.”
The money raised this year is for the upkeep of the close’s mobility scooter and the Christmas meals.
