A Werrington woman who had been missing since yesterday has been found safe and well today, Wednesday August 19.

Lauren Whitton, 17, of Wycliffe Grove, Werrington, left work at Barnado’s Charity shop in Werrington Centre on Tuesday, August 18 at lunchtime and failed to arrive home.

But Peterborough police have confirmed this afternoon at 3.30pm, that she is now back with her family and thanked the public for their help.
