THE Corn Mill development project in Bourne has been entered into a national homes award.
The development in South Street has been entered into The Sunday Times British Homes Awards by its constructors and designer, Mill Development and Roger Hill Design, both based inf Bourne.
The project to build 24 apartments, six of which are housed in the Grade II listed Corn Mill Warehouse, gained planning permission in 2007.
It has now been entered into the housing project category which is for the most impressive scheme of houses or apartments with planning consent that are not more than six months into development.
The awards will be presented at The London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square on September 19.
