The Croft has won a Silver Award in the keenly-contested Best Retirement Development category in the prestigious 2014 WhatHouse? Awards.

Developed by Bourne-based housebuilder Larkfleet Homes and Keystone Developments, The Croft provides a high quality of life and other benefits for residents.

It has 75 high-quality one and two-bedroom bungalows, two and three-bedroom chalet bungalows and one-bedroom villas set in attractively-landscaped gardens which are a key feature of the popular development. A communal ‘manor house’ acts as the ‘hub’ of the community and hosts a wide range of activities.
