Copper stolen from the old Cummins site on Barnack Road in Stamford




Thousands of pounds of copper has been stolen from the Old Cummins site in Stamford.

The theft of 200 metres of copper piping took place at some point over the weekend from the site in Barnack Road.

It is set to be transformed into St Martin's Park, after being bought by South Kesteven District Council for a housing and business development.

Anyone with information should call Lincolnshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 166 of September 30.
