Tourism soars in Lincolnshire


New figures show the value of the Lincolnshire tourism industry rose to £1.34bn in 2015, bringing in £80m more than the previous year.

In 2015 the county attracted almost 20 million visitors – up 1.37 million on the year before.

This took the value of the local visitor economy to £1.34bn – 33 per cent more than its value in 2010.
