Vintage tea raises hundreds of pounds for holiday fund

Have your say

A fabulous vintage tea raised more than £400 on Sunday.

The Rotary Club of Bourne St Peter served up delicious sandwiches, dainty homemade cakes, scones with home made jam and cream, followed by a lovely assortment of cakes from the trolley all served on vintage china loaned free of charge by Angie Seager of Alice Lily Vintage China.

The event raised £414 for the Not All Bad Youth Group Holiday fund, which helps parents who are unable to afford all the fees for their children to attend the school holiday activity schemes run by Not All Bad Youth Group.

Organisers wished to thank Alice Lily Vintage China, Sainsbury’s, Co-Op and Tesco in Bourne for their support.
