Visitors restricted at Peterborough City Hospital and Stamford Hospital as patients with Covid-19 increases




North West Anglia NHS Trust has put visiting restrictions in place from today (Thursday October 22) at its hospitals.

In a statement, the trust, which runs Peterborough City and Stamford Hospital, as well as Hinchingbrooke, said the restrictions were as a "result of a gradual increase in the number of Covid-19 patients".

It added: "We have strict processes in place to ensure that we keep our patients, visitors and staff safe from the spread of infection."
