Lakeside Healthcare Stamford to pay volunteers to help with coronavirus vaccinations

Lakeside Healthcare is recruiting paid volunteers to support its Covid-19 vaccinations and says its does not expect its GP practices to make a profit from their delivery.

According to the British Medical Association surgeries receive £25.16 per patient that they vaccinate.

An request was put out by Lakeside Healthcare on the Support Our Stamford SOS volunteers website asking ‘clinical’ and ‘non-clinical’ people to complete a survey about their experience and the hours they could offer.
