Plans put on hold for JD Wetherspoon pub in North Street, Bourne

Plans have been put on hold for the development of a JD Wetherspoon pub in North Street, Bourne.

Company spokesman, Eddie Gershon, said: “The plans are still going ahead but no developments are taking place for at least a year.”

This comes as it was announced the company secured financial support under the Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Loan Scheme as it looks to reopen its pubs on Saturday (July 4) - including The Stamford Post in Sheep Market and The Captain Noel Newton in Oakham.
