Two 13-year-old girls were walking along Princess Avenue in Oakham at around 6pm on Sunday, June 20 when they were approached by two boys.

Detective Constable Sam Bates said: “This was a distressing incident for the girls and their parents. This occurred in the early evening when many people are likely to have been out and about.

“We would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed the incidents or captured anything relevant on dash cam.”
