Woman dies after crash on the A605 at Oundle leaving two other people with serious injuries




A woman has died after a crash involving a lorry and a car.

The 43-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the A605 between Barnwell and Oundle, which happened at about 5.30am this morning (January 23).

She was driving a silver Ford S Max. The other vehicle was a white Scania lorry.

Two passengers in the Ford, a 48-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man, were taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious injuries.

Anyone with information or who witnessed this incident is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 41 of January 23.
