Youngsters urged to vote in the Lincolnshire Young People’s Book Award

Youngsters have just over two weeks to choose their favourite read for this year’s Lincolnshire Young People’s Book Award.

There are 10 books in the running for the prizes.

In the 9 to 11 year old category is: Wonder by RJ Palacio; To Be A Cat by Matt Haig; The Abominables by Eva Ibbotson; Tom Gate’s Genius Ideas (Mostly) by Liz Pichon and The Girl Who Owned a City by Dan Jolley.

In the 12 to 14 year old category is: Nyteria Rising by GL Twynham; Falling to Ash by Karen Mahoney; Nevermore by James Patterson, Take To The Stage by Joanna Philbin and This is not Forgiveness by Celia Rees. The vote is open until May 31. Visit
