Bourne beaten in the semi-final of the Wilkinson Family Trophy after losing to Lindum

Bourne bowed out of the Wilkinson Family Trophy at the semi-final stages after a 55-run defeat against Lindum on Saturday.

Rob Cook cracked an unbeaten century for the visitors - who will now face Grantham in this weekend’s final – which proved the difference as Bourne’s run chase fell short.

The match was switched to the Abbey Lawn after Chafer bugs forced the reversal of the fixture when they attacked the outfield at St Giles Avenue.
