This season the club are keen to promote a collective approach - with training for both teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8.30pm.

This will allow the club to not only bring the two teams together for certain elements of the training but also integrate the newer women’s side into the club fully.

Both teams have a number of pre-season friendlies coming up, on August 20 and 21, for men and then the women respectively.
