"We are looking to build on our strong relationship and establish successful links and pathways with well-structured, managed, Charter Standard clubs like Stamford AFC. "
In addition to the first team, 21 sides will represent the Young Daniels this season ranging from Under 7s to Under 18s with two veterans teams recently registered to the Peterborough League.
There is also walking football and the formation of an achievable development plan including a ladies team.
Representing the Young Daniels, Stuart Craig and Guy Walton, commented: "Our club partnership will create development opportunities for our players and coaches enhancing our current working relationship with Peterborough United FC."

The Daniels are back in pre-season action tomorrow (Saturday) when National League North newcomers King's Lynn are the visitors to the Zeeco Stadium (3pm).
With goalkeeping duo Dan Haystead and Dan Swan both unavailable, Posh Academy youngster Will Blackmore will feature for Stamford.
Manager Graham Drury - who expects to have striker Tom Siddons available after injury - said: "I really appreciate what Peterborough United are doing for the club and I thank them for their help.
"The purpose of having three in games in seven days was to give us two really tough tests with Peterborough and King's Lynn for fitness.
"We then want to be going to Harrowby on Tuesday night and Skegness next weekend and winning those games.
"It's then about getting the squad narrowed down and getting it sorted. Hopefully the players will keep making the decisions tough for me."
