Stamford AFC beat Stocksbridge Park Steels 4-3 at home in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division on Wednesday night.
Alan Jarvis opened the scoring for the Daniels on 20 minutes, before Stocksbridge pulled one back from a penalty.
Joynces then made it 2-1 to them just before half-time.
Shawn Richards then equalised for the Daniels four minutes after the restart before Jordan Smith gave them the lead two minutes later.
There was still time for Stocksbridge to level before Stamford loan signing David Moyo grabbed the winner in the 80th minute.
Daniels boss David Staff said: “Our performance should have been a little better. We were playing free-flowing football going forward and we were always going to get goals but we were defensively disjointed.”
Staff said they were in control but went to sleep a couple of times and Stocksbridge were suddenly in the lead.
Elsewhere, Blackstones lost 7-1 to Eynesbury Rovers in the Chromasport Peterborough League Division One. Visiting Blackstones were 4-0 down at half-time. Sam Strange got the consolation goal for the Stamford side who sit in and the result leaves them second from bottom in the division.
