Rob Montgomery scores four goals as Uppingham Town defeat Cardea in a Peterborough League Premier Division clash

Rob Montgomery produced a clinical goalscoring performance to help Uppingham Town triumph in a topsy-turvy tussle with Cardea on Saturday.

Montgomery - who missed most of last season through injury - scored four times in the 7-4 success for Town to secure back-to-back Peterborough League Premier Division wins for recently-appointed boss Paul Sheehan.

Rob Forster also struck twice for Town with James Howe on target from the penalty spot in a goal-laden clash at Tods Piece.
